these are some of matisse's main works, he is well known for his unique style to almost everything; what i mean by this is that he when he painted life forms, he always over or under exaggerated but that was his party piece because he was known for his awkward stylings

Spiritualized-Mark Farrow Design

this is an actual album case, to access the cd's you had to pop them out of the medication sleeve like actual tablets, this was a revolutionary case, it had never been done before, it is an excellent design. it also links into our project because we are doing d.n.a and tablets can be a medical point of view for d.n.a

Damien Hirst

damien hirst is well known for his crystal skull shown below, but he is also known for his pharmacy installation which i thought was relevant to our project of d.n.a. we also are making pharmacy shelves to tie in with our project, i thought we could take inspiration from this and use it as a guideline. he also makes pieces of art in the form of sculptures. these are also shown below, as you can see he has a certain style; he likes to use human and animal forms as his main focus.
